Saturday morning survey
We visit your property on a Saturday morning, look at the job properly and talk through your ideas.
Written quote
You get a clear written quote for the whole job, so you know what is included before you decide.
We get building
Once you are booked in, the work is carried out by our own team, with you kept up to date throughout.

Common questions about extensions
How long does an extension take?
It depends on the size and design. We give you a realistic programme in your written quote, and keep you updated as the build progresses.
Do I need planning permission?
Many single-storey rear extensions can be built under permitted development rights, but it depends on your property, its location and the size of the extension. Building regulations approval is normally needed either way. We will talk through what applies to your project at the survey.
Can I stay in the house during the build?
Usually, yes. Most rear extensions are built outside the existing house, with a short period of disruption when the new opening is formed. We explain what to expect before work starts.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. We give a 10-year guarantee on structural and groundworks, and a shorter guarantee on finishes such as tiling, plastering and decorating.
Are you insured?
Yes. Aspire carries £5 million public liability insurance.
